Observing “their” behavior and listening to the snickering within their little click makes me so grateful that I am evolved. That I hold myself to a higher standard. That I exude empathy and loving energy. That I have lived and survived what seemed like insurmountable obstacles through spiritual solutions and self care practices. Without judgement of myself or others on my journey.
I am merely the “observer.”
I have healed and continue to do my inner work in order to continue to thrive and to promote wellness.
And I serve those in our global community who seek solutions through my work and experiences.
Those who yearn for wellness and peace.
“They” present themselves as an immature group of high schoolers who lack a developed sense of maturity and growth.
“They” look so foolish to those of us who have lived through severe trauma and neglect and have chosen to change the trajectory of our lives.
We have innately learned empathy, compassion and kindness.
“They” too have “hidden information,” but I digress.
And, one day…
“They” may be seeking grace from their own mistakes and misfortune.
Kindness and grace are spiritual practices.
Let’s normalize spirituality in a loving energy and empathetic space.
No judgement. No stigma. No attitude.
Love, Wendy
