WE ALL NEED LOVE – LOVE, WENDY

“They say to check on the “strong ones.” I’ve posted that suggestion so often.

Even those of us who are the counselor, the rock, the friend, the mom, need a soft place to fall now and again. We need to feel heard, to feel validated, and to feel loved. We too become tired, and we feel our emotions, sometimes when we least expect them to show up.

Today is that day.”

AWAKENED PEOPLE AWAKEN PEOPLE – LOVE, WENDY

“Yes…

Hurt people hurt people,

And, awakened people awaken those who are eager to experience an awakening.

As we seek spiritual solutions, Spirit provides us with the tools which allow us to stand in our power. We learn to set boundaries. We choose not to allow another’s unhealthy and hurtful behaviors to affect our wellness. We learn not to take anything personally. We become aware that another’s actions and hurtful words are actually how they feel about themselves.
We pray for their awakening as we lead by example living our lives authentically in an awakened state of spirit. We practice self awareness, self regulation, social awareness and healthy boundaries. We are raising awareness about wellness through practicing spiritual solutions and self care.

Awakened people awaken those who are eager to experience an awakening.”

PRAY…SEEK SPIRIT – LOVE, WENDY

“Words that are written with a venomous heart solely with the intention of poisoning another’s spirit can never penetrate one who stands in the power of love, and who stands in her own gorgeous power saturated in the beauty of Spirit.

I pray for your peace. I pray for your awakening.

What you see…what you say…what you feel…

Is your projection of you.

Seek your spirit within…

Pray for Spirit to fill your heart with peace, with awareness, with love, with forgiveness.

Forgiveness is always given when we come from a place of humility. Stand in your power.

Pray…

Love,

Wendy

SOULMATES, TWINFLAMES, AND PERSONAL GROWTH – LOVE, WENDY

“Soulmates are our greatest teacher where we learn how we do NOT want to be loved, and yet we share a true and sweet love that offers us profound lessons if we are open to learning. It is where we recognize that our true selves are not fulfilled and we yearn with desire to grow. Our soulmate flourishes in his comfort zone…we yearn new experiences, excitement, adventure and personal growth. Love between soulmates is everlasting.

It is the Twinflame relationship that brings the deep and profound spiritual love connection. It is born into our own rebirth where we have released all that no longer enriches our lives, where we have experienced adventure on our own, and achieved a high level of personal and spiritual growth. I’m told that I will recognize my Twinflame the moment he steps onto my path…that it will sweep in gently and draw me in unexpectedly with abounding love.

Spiritual awareness awakens us to ourselves and guides us to the most fulfilling experiences. Personal growth is born of a spiritual curriculum, and a spiritual curriculum teaches us how to stand in our own power with grace, and with God at the center of our lives. It is in this gorgeous space of alignment, ease and self awareness that our Twinflame comes to join us on our journey.”

PAUSE TO GO RIGHT – LOVE, WENDY

“When I consider all that we have endured collectively, and I myself personally, over the past year, I am in awe of the resilience that I have witnessed, and I myself have experienced.

I am encouraged by my own inner strength and discipline in allowing myself to experience all of the emotions that I am feeling, and have felt over the past year, including the loss of my mother, with the resilience to remain in my long-term recovery from a lifetime of substance use disorder and mental health disorders. I have used my holistic tools that I have built over the last 8 years to navigate, and have learned many new natural and organic tools to continue to help me to thrive not only in my recovery, but in recovery living through a global pandemic, deeply missing in person contact with my children, and feeling the profound loss of my dear mother.

I have been able to share these experiences and tools with my children, my clients, and have implemented these experiences and tools into the mental health and wellness trainings that I provide as a holistic health and wellness coach, and mental health educator and consultant.

As we build toughness and grit during challenging times through healthy choices, we build our resilience which becomes our best friend and “go to” both in challenging times and during the times that seem to flow naturally. We can make healthier decisions for ourselves, our loved ones, and for those whom we surround ourselves with daily, and wish to inspire.

It is all about the pause we take before we make an unhealthy decision where we are self aware and we have the necessary self management skills to pause, to contemplate, and to ask ourselves…

“What will be the healthiest decision for me at this time?”

“Which choice will enhance my life and offer growth, and what decision will bring me peace today, or in this moment?”

“What is my goal, and what would I like the outcome to be for myself and all concerned?”

And in my own pause, I continue to stand in my power through the grace of Spirit where my lifestyle reflects all that I choose, and all that I teach to others in living authentically guided in every moment by my loving connection to God.

I practice self care and self love, I place my spiritual practice at the core of my life, and I practice love of others as I see myself in others…the thread of connection.

When we pause and reflect, and can freely practice forgiveness of self and others as we continue to make the next healthy decision, and where we reinforce the thread…never pulling at the thread in haste…

We have indeed mastered the pause.”

MY VALENTINE – LOVE, WENDY

“As I embrace my spiritual journey on a deeper and more intimate level, I discover self love on a higher and more profound level. Valentine’s Day no longer felt empty without a partner as I provided for myself all that I desired for my day. Loving connection to my children and closest girlfriends, and a deep meditation and prayer hour where I connected to Spirit and received answers and loving guidance, exercise outdoors and my favorite music, an Eckhart Tolle audiobook, an amazing and nourishing home cooked organic meal, essential oils diffusing throughout the day, my beautiful and warm fireplace, and a surprise phone conversation which led to a wonderful new consulting job for an organization near and dear to my heart.

A full day with a full and grateful heart. All about self love…”The Greatest Love of All.”

I believe that “when” a loving partner comes into my life, he will be the bonus to all that I have already created. This is the perfect place to be to receive love. I am ready, and I am excited and eager to experience love once again.

Spirit tells me that “love is on the way.”

To be continued!

Love and blessings,

Wendy

TRIGGER PRACTICE – LOVE, WENDY

“When we feel triggered, we can CHOOSE the following steps to create a constructive resolution. As we practice these steps, daily, they will become a healthy new lifestyle change…

  1. Do not react.
  2. Become aware of your breath. Breathe in slowly and deeply through your nose, and exhale slowly through your mouth to the count of four for each inhale/exhale. Stay focused on the rise and fall of your chest and tummy as you inhale/exhale. Our breath is our most accessible way of intervening with our physiology in real time. We are always in control. When things are “speeding up,” we have the innate power to slow it down using our breath.
  3. Just observe your feelings and emotions WITHOUT JUDGMENT. You are allowed to feel whatever you feel.
  4. Take a self care break. Engage in whatever activity makes you feel well. (Exercise, nap, music, writing, call someone to talk, etc.) This will be different for everyone and will change over one’s lifetime depending upon what is going on within us, and around us. Do not place a time limit on your break.
  5. When you have de-escalated and feel realigned, come back to the conversation or situation. Come with your healthy boundaries in place. Remind yourself that you are safe. Remind yourself to breathe. Remind yourself that as you want your feelings to be validated, we must validate others feelings. Listen without judgement. We don’t have to agree, but we must remain respectful and empathetic.
  6. Respond respectfully.

When we are self aware and have skills to self regulate, and when we are open minded, we will always find resolution. My greatest tools are my breath, and my spiritual practice. It is in this sacred space that I am guided to the highest understanding and execution of my words and behaviors.

I always want to come from a place of love, empathy and willingness to learn, evolve and to find resolution. Here I stand in peace, and in my power.”

NOTE: If at any time you feel that your symptoms have escalated to an unwell or unhealthy level of anxiety, depression, rage, etc., ask for support immediately. Tell someone that you trust, and/or seek out professional support.

WORDS – LOVE, WENDY

“Be mindful of those “colorful” words you memorialize in black and white. You may wish to erase them after they’ve been written, but they are imprinted permanently into memory.

I am well aware that we speak and act from our present level of consciousness, or lack thereof. We need to humble ourselves and ask for forgiveness in God’s grace. This level of consciousness is the higher self…that which is Divinely connected and has moved higher than the egoic mindset.

God/Spirit is love and forgiveness. Allow Spirit in to guide your next step. Turn the page and write to inspire rather than to speak words of angered emotions that cannot be unwritten.”

An Hawaiian Prayer of Forgiveness and Reconciliation – Love, Wendy

Recently, I was reminded of this powerful Hawaiian prayer that offers forgiveness and reconciliation.

Even if we are estranged from a loved one, this gorgeous and powerful prayer is felt and received energetically through our deep and profound spiritual connection.

We ask for forgiveness of our loved one, as we forgive ourselves.

I use Ho’ Oponopono in my daily prayer and meditation practice where I can feel the unbreakable bond and connection to my loved one through Spirit…

“I’m sorry

Please forgive me

Thank you

I love you.”

“Always and forever…”

Love and blessings,

Wendy
