What else can you expect from a bully who is a pathological liar, with a severely unwell mind other than cowardice encouraging of others to be bullies, and then as in true cowardly form…once he has his posse of the exact same unwell minds to mimic his words and reckless actions, to stand in the background, egging on the crowd all while laughing as he watches from the sidelines…
A leader empowers others, and teaches them where they may be able to thrive… a leader radiates loving kindness wherever possible to reassure others in unprecedented, volatile times…he doesn’t use them for personal and professional gain. This poor excuse for a “leader” has no loyalty, empathy or love for another living soul.
It is an unwell, weak mind who cannot think for themselves, and who may have lacked nurturing attention throughout their lives, that attaches to one making the most noise for the attention they themselves crave. “See me! Hear me! I’m not invisible!”
However, one so empty can never be “full filled.” It is a dry well…a bottomless pit…
And now the beautiful irony…
We get to point our finger and say, “You’re fired!”

“I always have faith in the power of love. No matter how much time goes by, love and our memories fill me with hope.
With faith, hope and love, anything is possible.”
Always and forever,
Wendy
“A heart to heart conversation can only be successful between two evolved souls who are willing to extinguish the ego, listen without judgement, keep an open mind and heart, to be flexible, to get excited about mutually beneficial solutions, and whose end goal is to find a sustainable, fair and loving resolution.
A conversation such as this is always welcome.”

“One who stands in judgement and uses unkind words to communicate is merely reflecting how they feel about themselves. Their own inner unhealed wounds takes on a meaning of its own. One is in pain and doesn’t have the tools to find a constructive resolution within, or with another…yet.
It’s nothing personal.
Send him love and peace energetically. Pray for his healing.
Take a spiritually aligned approach. ”

“Falling in love with one who comes into your life as if out of nowhere…is a gift from the Universe…a Divine counterpart.
One who celebrates all of who you are…and understands everything you have lived through to become the beautiful soul you are today. He appreciates how you have turned your broken past into an imperfect masterpiece. He celebrates every imperfection. He loves and protects you in every way. You never wonder if you are loved. It is clear in every loving word, and in every tender action.
“Where did you come from?” I ask. He points upwards towards the sky and answers, “The Universe.”

I have been praying and visualizing a business situation that I’ve desired for almost 8 years. My hard work and determination, and positive visualization and prayer have brought my dream to fruition.
Approximately two hours ago, I received the most amazing offer. I will be consulting for a large consulting firm in the field of mental health and prevention education in drug addiction for youth.
I already had signed with this firm for the first position as a consultant and the grant just came through in December. When this second grant comes through, I will be serving an entire county including youth ages 12-17, law enforcement, primary care physicians, teachers, families, etc…anyone interacting with youth ages 12-17.
My children and besties are incredibly proud of my accomplishments, and this one, in particular. Soon beginning my 9th year in recovery from prescription drug addiction and mental health disorders, now being asked to be a part of the wellness based solutions, and told they are “so excited” to partner with me, is an honor and blessing offered only by our One loving God/Universe/Spirit.
The more aware of His presence in my life and the more grateful that I am, the more present and active He becomes in bringing forth my dreams into reality.
I am so overwhelmed with gratitude that I could not stop crying for an hour. LOL
I am beyond blessed.
As I just shared with my children and besties, prayer, meditation, a positive mindset and the willingness to be disciplined in one’s passion and work, are all a part of manifesting our desires, also known as the Law of Attraction…
Spirit is ever present. Whether you call your spiritual connection God, Spirit, Source, the Universe, or any other synonym, believe that you are heard… Never, ever give up, be humble, be of service, work hard every day, pray, stay positive, be ever grateful for every experience and relationship that is your teacher, and know how to take loving direction from our Highest Source. He knows what is best for us. In His own time, he will deliver.
Get ready!”

I don’t think I have ever known personal freedom and joy as I do today body, mind and spirit as I approach the beginning my 9th year in recovery from prescription drug addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. (I include here the full 8 months of 2013 as I began my recovery on April 3, 2013, and so I begin my 9th year without any mind altering substances on April 3, 2021!)
I have created my amazing life guided lovingly by His Divine Grace where I have learned and practice hundreds of natural and organic solutions through a holistic lifestyle in managing any symptoms of dis-ease of physical and mental health. I am free. I am joyous. I am love… I am beyond grateful for it all! And, I have earned it all!
I confer daily with just One Source…He who knows best, and with whom I have co-created my wellness, my loving relationships, my career, my gorgeous life!
As I got outside this morning at 7:30 AM to take a 2 mile walk before the snow storm that is impending in my area, I am exuding my joyous spirit, beaming from within involuntarily because…”I AM!” I feel so grateful for His love and guidance, and for the ease in walking all on my own post Lupus flare, not to mention it is freezing outside, yet my abounding joy offers me such a warm inner glow, singing to a song that just began playing on Sirius XM “I Will Survive!,” and knowing that Spirit is sending me this song as a reminder that I am a survivor! Actually, as my bestie David reminds me, “A thriver!” During one of our long conversations not too long ago, David said to me, “I don’t want you to use the word survivor anymore. You are more than that, you are a thriver!” Bless David’s heart…a ride or die friend, and always my cheerleader.
Recovery has offered me the space, time, holistic lifestyle, and spiritual practice that has helped me to explore my soul, and to transform and emerge into the awesome woman, mom, friend, counselor, teacher, author, and spiritual student that I see and feel before me.
Out of it all, I am humbled and I am grateful for His love and guidance.
It is due to my Divine relationship that…
I AM…
EVERYTHING that I AM, and that which I am eager to share.”

“Love is present in the hearts of those who love God, and those who freely give their love away, as He teaches us.
The feeling of giving love, and receiving love, simultaneously, and freely, is only learned through knowing God deeply and intimately.
If we think we can navigate and thrive in love without the loving guidance of Spirit, we will never experience true and eternal love.
God is love, therefore I am love…”
