I am not that person who says, “if you do this, for me, then I will do that for you .”
I am that person who willingly and freely gives because I can, always coming from a place of love.”

“My breath is my connection to the present moment. It is my grounding force as I experience each moment…joyous or challenging…of my life.”

“With renewed hope and intention, I look to the sky now. I remind myself that the Universe is guiding me with love and always provides. I pray. I stand deeply in my faith, and look to the sky. I listen for answers in my meditation. I rise above the fear and adversity.
I stand in my power grounded in my faith.
I look to the sky now.

“How do we work through resentment?”
Practice empathy…feel “with” another, be completely present wherever you are, and practice forgiveness.
Here is where we stand in our own power in promoting our own peace, and that of another.”

“We can always be certain of one who loves us by the way in which they treat us, cherish our heart, and love our soul.”

“As we continue to face daily challenges during these unprecedented times where we are challenged each day to find our resiliency in ongoing uncertainty, to forgive each other, to love even more deeply, to re-center ourselves each day, and to wake up the next day to try again with grit and wonder, we are reminded of the human spirit.“

I remind myself often that when other’s speak or act unkindly towards me, it reflects their own inner battle, and I choose not to take it personally. Instead, I offer empathy and compassion as I recall my own inner battles that which years ago robbed me of experiencing joy and love until I chose to create change.
I rest in the realization that others words and actions are not about me, but how they are feeling about themselves. I pray for their peace.
Love is the antidote.“

“I have learned never to waste one minute of my precious energy trying to communicate with one who lacks self awareness and self regulation. And further, I observe others who have the awareness and still choose to close their eyes, put their hands over their ears and choose not to communicate. To them I say, “I do not engage in a monologue.”
I know who I am… I know what I want…I choose my company.”

“If we focus on a mistake rather than turn it into a learning opportunity, we are missing a chance to evolve.
Challenge yourself and write down three lessons that you have learned from your experience!“
