“If you want for others to treat you with respect and loving care…offer it.

If you give your word to others…keep it. If it cannot be kept, alert them.

If you want to be included… embrace others.

You see, we teach people what is acceptable to us by what we offer to them, and that our time is as precious as anyone else’s. We command respect and consistency.

I offer my time unconditionally even with a packed schedule and challenges of my own. Time is a precious gift, and I thrive in giving to others. I also thrive on being the recipient of someone else’s precious time.

We all need each other, most especially now.

It’s never about feeling obligated or that we have to answer to someone else…it is always about integrity…keeping our word unless extenuating circumstances prevent it. Even then, we take the time to let another know that plans have changed…

And…

Offering to others that which we hope to receive…

I disagree…

In the presence of love, we need to feel heard, and have mutual respect and trust…

Love is a partner who is our friend and lives up to that honor…

We need to have a partner that is present, willingly, when it matters…when it’s important to us…

We need to establish healthy boundaries…

We need to understand our partner’s love language and to learn to speak it fluently…

We need to have room to grow and encouragement to do so…

Together, we create experiences of joy, and offer empathy and compassion, and to offer space for “me” time when needed…

We need a partner who is our spiritual twin and one who feels God’s presence in their soul…one who is willing to share that presence, and one who lives authentically in faith…our soulmate…

Love is an unbreakable bond…no matter what the circumstances…we work through it and emerge even stronger…

Love is many things…yet not all that we need.”

“Have you ever noticed that when others you observe do not get their way, they have a temper tantrum like a child who doesn’t get that toy he/she is screaming for, and these same individuals look for excuses and for others to blame? They even go as far as to fabricate and/or embellish stories in their minds, run with it, and spread untruths on global platforms that exacerbate hate, and where they align with others of the same angry, entitled and bullying mindset. These are the same individuals who sit behind a computer and spew venom, and use degrading words and hurl hurtful insults at selected groups to gain followers, yet never coming out into the light where they can be seen, or to engage in constructive conversation that emulates emotional awareness and intelligence. I often say that when one isn’t equipped with the tools to eloquently express themselves, they resort to name calling and other unkind behavior that will get them the attention they have been seeking their entire lives…albeit in a negative way.

Yet, when these same individuals do get what they perceive as “justice,” and outcomes meet their own selfish demands (with an underlying agenda that is so transparent…when you have no control in your own life, align with a group of similar mindset who will offer you a false sense of control and power) the “system” is perfect, and just. They “told you so.”

I nearly aligned myself with such an individual. and then Spirit stepped right in front of me, and reminded me that I AM PURE LOVE, and suggested that I reconsider my decision to join forces with such a tainted soul.

I chose, in that moment, to realign myself with love, and to infuse love into every breath that I take… When you are on a spiritual and enlightened path, you are able to live and love in a state of peace, and offer an example of this gorgeous path to others who are like minded.

No matter what your preferences are, that being sexual, political, etc., you are my friend… until I witness an ongoing degradation, and unkind behavior of those who do not agree with your outlook and sentiments. I AM LOVE…

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.“ – 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

I live, breathe, work for a living, serve others and love with deep compassion for all humanity in real world U.S.A. And, I proudly lead by loving example.”

He is my bestie. And this is a friendship that has grown in mutual love and respect over the years both professionally and personally, even though he’s half a world away, yet perhaps his dream of relocating to NY will soon be realized.

“Once we make peace with knowing that another has “lost that loving feeling,” even in friendship, it is the simple act of acceptance and letting go that offers us freedom.

As I evolve and learn more extensively about the human condition, mine, and theirs, “I think to myself, what a wonderful world,” and remind myself that I get to choose where I direct my energy, and with whom.

I recognize my inner beauty and the unconditional love that I offer, and I seek another who excitedly offers the same. As the Universe provides me with information, I step forward gingerly, and open my heart to a new possibility.

The Universe is always communicating and guiding us, IF we are listening, and humble enough to “hear.”

“He used to call me “princess” in a derogatory and condescending manner. He knew it was a trigger for me, and that it hurt me as I did not identify with this label, but this was his best self sabotage…

He wanted out, he wanted in, he knew not what he wanted, so he left the back door open…where his “princess” finally escaped. He abdicated his throne, and she straightened her crown.

She’s now the Queen…of her own life, awaiting her King.

The door to the castle is always open to the right suitor…one with integrity, humility, trustworthiness, and one who loves himself and who is excited to love his Queen.
