Today a sweet friend and colleague helped me to recognize what my Higher self needed to re-acknowledge in order to realign. This sweet soul asked some powerful and thought provoking questions that triggered memories and real time emotions in me, which allowed me to make the healthiest decision for myself…in love, and in peace.

It was synchronicity that brought her onto my path this morning…aka Spirit, guiding me through this “earth angel.” She was incredibly patient, loving, compassionate, and so ready and willing to help. I was attempting to make an important decision over these past few weeks, and struggling with “hearing” the answer that would enhance my life as I sometimes “hear” the “emotional mind” vs. the “wise mind.” Brett offered me a safe space, options, and possible solutions. As I sat in my meditation space after our chat, I heard Spirit very clearly offer me the answer, and the answer was unmistakable. I felt completely safe and realigned.

When we believe, when we ask for guidance, when we listen in the silence of our space, and when we are offered Spiritual support, and we accept that support, the Universe will always provide the answers that will bring us peace through a variety of modalities…

If we are awake, willing to listen, and are spiritually aligned…”

“Today is a purposeful self care day. I recognize that everything around me has become fast, furious, and exhausting. Although I am so grateful for the new experiences and people who have stepped onto my path out of the Heavens, I recognize my own personal need to slow down for a minute.

When things speed up, I must slow it down. I make a mindful choice to set the pace. Those who wait for me with compassion and patience, are the ones whom I choose to continue to walk with on my journey.

Today I stop…I turn inward…I rest…I practice self care…PERIOD.”

“They say to check on the “strong ones.” I’ve posted that suggestion so often.

Even those of us who are the counselor, the rock, the friend, the mom, need a soft place to fall now and again. We need to feel heard, to feel validated, and to feel loved. We too become tired, and we feel our emotions, sometimes when we least expect them to show up.

Today is that day.”

As we seek spiritual solutions, Spirit provides us with the tools which allow us to stand in our power. We learn to set boundaries. We choose not to allow another’s unhealthy and hurtful behaviors to affect our wellness. We learn not to take anything personally. We become aware that another’s actions and hurtful words are actually how they feel about themselves.
We pray for their awakening as we lead by example living our lives authentically in an awakened state of spirit. We practice self awareness, self regulation, social awareness and healthy boundaries. We are raising awareness about wellness through practicing spiritual solutions and self care.
