“When we seek advice on personal matters from others, we must keep in mind that they use their own prior experiences and knowledge to guide us, including their own personal beliefs, biases, and values.
As we examine and consider the well meaning advice, we must always be true to our own beliefs and values…never substituting someone else’s guidance for our own.
I connect to Spirit and ask for guidance. I listen, contemplate, pause, and when I feel Spirit nudge me forward in the right direction… I respond.
My spiritual awareness is heightened through my loving connection to Spirit. Here is where I am certain that the guidance and the outcome will always be in alignment with His will.
Thy will be done.”

“Trust your intuition…your feelings…not what you hear.”

“A leader creatively inspires others to find their own inner inspiration and beauty. Then, we step aside to witness the metamorphosis. Transformation unfolds slowly with vibrancy and character that will look like no other.
And…the student has become the teacher. The cycle continues.”

“Not looking back, not going back, and not interested in any person or situation that has repeatedly brought me pain. I stand in my power in my alignment with Spirit and expect miracles.
I open my heart to new friends and blessings that which Spirit places on my path. I have felt Spirit’s energy so strongly of late and asking me to trust…
If I have come to know one thing for certain…it is that Spirit always surprises me with beautiful blessings that I have only dreamed about.
Trust God as Spirit speaks and guides. Stand in your power. Raise the bar, and expect the Universe to meet you there! Miracles!”

“It is a testament to two people that can create a friendship after a divorce that was painful and exhausting. Almost eight years of ongoing self work post divorce and we have arrived at our destination…friendship.
When we do the inner work, we evolve, and come into a new relationship that offers respect, honesty, integrity and fun! Always family…always friends.”

“When we are truly in alignment with Spirit, we need not seek out interpretation of Divine information from anyone…We know when we are being spoken to, and we know exactly what information that we are being given.
Trust your spiritual connection. Listen to your own intuition as Spirit guides you from there.”

After losing my mother three months ago, I believed that I was at peace considering all that she and my family and I had been through.
I have realized that the grieving process is not linear, and some days it’s as if I am experiencing the day she died again.
I allow myself to feel it all with great self compassion and extra self care, and I rely on my natural and organic wellness tools to guide me through the process.
Grieving a major loss takes time, and it will look and feel different for everyone. And, we must never set a time limit keeping in mind that it is a lifelong process of adjustment.
Using healthy coping skills including support from loved ones will ease the pain. Asking for support is our greatest self care, and offers us guidance back to wellness.
Self care is the actions that we take to achieve wellness, and wellness is where we stand in our power.”

”I am guided by Spirit. Every action that I take is spiritually aligned which means it always comes from a place of love of others, and in my own best interest.
I speak my truth, I set boundaries, I help in any way that I can, and I offer love, empathy and respect, and I expect the same in return.
I stand in my power.”

“A spiritual life isn’t “fitting in time” to practice…It is building our practice so that it becomes who we are, what we think, what we say, and what we do.”
