Recently, I was reminded of this powerful Hawaiian prayer that offers forgiveness and reconciliation.

Even if we are estranged from a loved one, this gorgeous and powerful prayer is felt and received energetically through our deep and profound spiritual connection.

We ask for forgiveness of our loved one, as we forgive ourselves.

I use Ho’ Oponopono in my daily prayer and meditation practice where I can feel the unbreakable bond and connection to my loved one through Spirit…

“After awhile, one gets used to everything.”

When we connect with another emotionally, spiritually and physically (physically can be as simple, yet as profound as holding one’s hand), it deepens our relationship. It awakens our empathic system. It promotes the release of oxytocin, also known as the “love hormone,” which is known to have a positive impact on mood and emotions.

Connection allows us to feel safe, to manage stress and fear, to feel comforted, to feel loved. As we connect to another, we have the opportunity to increase our listening skills, without judgement. We become more intentional in our exchanges. It draws us closer to another’s body, mind and spirit. In providing this space for another, we too reap these same benefits of connection.

We all need loving connection. We all need to feel comforted. We all need to be heard…validated.

It is the human condition.”

Being aware of my internal dialogue allows me to connect lovingly with my Soul…

I speak only from love, compassion and wellness as this is the only language which my soul understands and responds to…

And…it is in this most sacred space, that I deepen my connection to Spirit…my most loving Guide…where I am assured that every decision that I make, every word that I speak, and every action that I take, is Divinely guided…enriching my life, as well as all those with whom I engage.

I choose love. I choose peace. I choose a Divine path.

“I let go of an ex bestie abroad eagerly and immediately once I realized that his intentions were so much less than honorable…Yes, I could see it across the waters in the reflection of his “soul.”

My integrity and self respect are the way in which I honor myself.

If one is of a dishonorable self fulfilling agenda, I do not consider him a friend.

I wish him well and keep moving forward. This was a Divine “wake up call” to action.
