Become Enlightened – Love, Wendy

Emotionally underdeveloped and spiritually unaware people thrive on creating toxicity and project it onto everyone else. Their skewed thinking is, “It’s always the other person’s shortcomings.” They will never admit to their flaws, purposeful deception, and inflated ego with an incredible, undeserving sense of entitlement.

If someone hasn’t entered into a heightened place of emotional intelligence and spiritual consciousness, they will continue thinking and behaving in destructible ways that affect themselves, and those around them. They are venomous to their environment and relationships.

They are not in alignment with a connection to a spiritual source of any form, (God/Universe) nor do they display gratitude, creating a self centered, “me” mindset that is detached from love and connection.

BUILDING RESILIENCE THROUGH SURRENDER – Love, Wendy

How do you keep a positive mindset? How do you get that energy to try again to thrive after experiencing adversity and challenge? How do you build resilience?

Resilience is the process of being able to adapt well and bounce back quickly in times of stress. It requires two components: self-regulation and surrender. The secret to building resilience is something that we can apply called the “art of surrender.” The more that we surrender, the more resilient we become! Resilient people are good at choosing where they put their attention! When we surrender to what is for our best interest, we build resilience and promote peace within on a cellular level. Everything is about mindset!

Join us for a one-hour workshop on July 23rd from 7-8 pm for a FREE, VIRTUAL event as we discuss specific tools in building resilience through the art of surrender! AND…Receive a free Apple Book Code for a free copy of my book!

Self worth, self love and self care is sexy! – Love, Wendy

Once certain situations arise and reveal themselves, you don’t feel the same way about people, no matter who they are. It’s a natural part of life, and it will change over one’s lifetime as each situation changes and evolves.

Sometimes, experiences reframe our reality in ways we never expected. Sometimes, it is those very same circumstances that help us to learn, to grow and to evolve, and to connect to our inner selves even more profoundly.

Instead of obsessively trying to make sense of one’s perplexing behavior, constant mixed messages, and one’s relationship instability, ask yourself whether you really want to pursue a connection that is distinguished by inconsistency, instability, immaturity and impermanence.

Have the mindset of “My worth is non negotiable.”

Attract relationships that offer unconditional love, devotion, and steadfastness.

Trust me, when we change our inner dialogue and raise the bar, we stand in our power and we meet a partner we never imagined we could attract.

Self worth, self love and self care is sexy!

Love and blessings,

Wendy
