A man who’s half in all of the time is half out all of the time.
Must be exhausting juggling all that “almost”. 🙄
He flirts with effort, but they’re not exclusive.
Consistency’s still waiting for a call back.
Love,
Wendy

Had it all.
Dropped the ball.
Rebuilt the wall.
The comeback is greater than the fall.

When someone shows you betrayal, indifference, or a lack of reciprocity…when the connection becomes a one-way self centered monologue focused intently on their wins and losses…
don’t be fooled…
it is exactly what it looks like… and that is your answer…and your closure.
Love,
Wendy
A snapshot captures a fleeting moment…one that can be deliberately altered by the photographer’s direction.
Viewing that same scene in real time may tell a different story: the whole picture through a wider lens…
Perspective vs. Reality…
Say, “Cheese!”

There are moments when we witness behavior that contradicts every value we hold sacred…kindness, collaboration, respect. When this happens in our world, our communities or our circles of influence, it can leave us questioning what leadership truly means, and how we can preserve our own light amid the shadows.
True leadership never thrives on division or control.
When someone stirs the pot, targets others without cause, and spreads friction instead of collaboration, that’s not leadership…it’s ego desperately wanting to be seen and heard…yet futile.
Many quietly compare notes, feeling the sting of this behavior yet fearful to speak their truth. And those who should hold this person accountable often look away.
A real leader lifts others, models respect, and creates a safe space for every voice to be heard. When domination, division, and fear replace service, unity, and care, ego has taken the throne. #NOKINGSNOQUEENS
This is control over compassion versus living with compassion over conflict—the latter of which is innate. Those who need control live with feelings of inadequacy and jealousy; they crave the spotlight to ‘feel’ in control, but this is the furthest thing from the truth. It’s an illusion that exists only in an unwell mind and with a hunger for real inclusion and acceptance.
When toxicity replaces teamwork, it’s time for the collective to rise…stronger, wiser, and united in integrity.
Shake it off. Reclaim your peace. #NOKINGSNOQUEENS
Even in the presence of discourse and division where one demoralizes and diminishes, we have a choice to remain rooted in dignity.
Leadership begins within: how we treat others, how we respond to conflict, and how we protect our peace. I no longer choose compassion over conflict with those who abuse their power; I choose character over conflict.
When we lead with character, we become the real leader that guides others back to kindness.
How we lead reveals our character…
And it has.
Love and blessings,
Wendy

I am grounded and wise. I have done the work, re-built my life, and I know my worth.
Anyone who steps into my world to join my journey now needs to meet me fully present…eager, aware, spiritual, and aligned with my energy…not stuck in old patterns or memories.
This is a powerful boundary and standard where my worth is non-negotiable:
no coaxing, no waiting, no trying to “fix” someone.
I no longer wait for potential; I open my heart on this wide, open road to those already awake to love.
I’m ready.
Love,
Wendy
“The partner that you choose is a reflection of you…your character, your integrity, and your truth.
Your choice reflects your own self-worth.”
I wrote those words in October of 2020, not realizing how many versions of myself I would still have to meet. I’ve loved deeply, lost painfully, and rebuilt myself from the ashes more times than I can count. Each heartbreak has stripped away an illusion and left behind another layer of truth.
And yet, some things remain the same. I still believe that the people we choose mirror our own belief in what we deserve. I’ve chosen men who reflected both my light and my unhealed wounds. I’ve chosen love that challenged me to finally see my worth beyond what anyone else could give.
I still want to fall in love, travel, write, laugh until my stomach hurts, and dance in my kitchen. I still believe that someone will love me for the fire in my heart and the depth of my soul, not for the number on my birth certificate.
I’ve earned every one of these years…and I’m going to live them boldly, in living color, with music, with meaning…with deliberate animation and purpose.
“You cannot yell at a seed to force it to grow quickly. Instead, you love and nurture it. You meet all of its needs, and slowly, deliberately, it blooms into a beautiful flower. Find peace within yourself. Continue to stay grounded in faith, emulate gratitude, and practice patience. Go to a place of acceptance, and everything you desire will be waiting for you there.”

Allow yourself to cry…
It’s the soul’s way of releasing what one may have been holding onto for way too long. It’s the soul’s way of cleansing and surrendering.
It’s the soul reminding us to release the burdens we choose to bear, and to trust that the Universe will take it from here…IF we are willing to give over.
Cry…It is a body, mind, and spiritual renewal, grounding you in your own being and awakening your heart’s capacity for love.
And then…
Start living again…your new normal…without comparison of the shadows of the past.
It will look different, and feel different…and…
Depending upon your mindset and openness, it can surpass all of your past experiences, growing into a life filled with deeper, unwavering love, tender, unspoken intimacy, and profound, soul-stirring kinship.
Love and blessings,
Wendy
Not everything has to have two sides. Sometimes there is a straight path to the final destination that just takes the back roads.
A straight path can absolutely wind through back roads, taking its time, gathering wisdom, and finding its own way home…
The route may be long and unexpected, but still steady in its purpose.
I am a woman of unwavering heart and faith…and even through all that I have endured, I still choose to believe in love, in transformation, and in “something” larger guiding it all. It is my journey of living deeply, loving unapologetically and experiencing profound spiritually heightened awareness.
Now, after more than 13 years of deep inner work, epiphanies, joy and disappointments, I want to mark this moment as both an ending and a beginning…
Of a renewed sense of acceptance of what is in this season.
And, as the trees undress, freely letting go of their remaining leaves like one who is well aware that change is inevitable, and there is no holding onto these branches, I am comforted in knowing that nature promises a spring with every winter…
And although this season brings vibrant color…it exits with barely a hint of what was…
And even in the heart of this spiritual woman, I anxiously and with a bit of hesitation, release the last leaf hanging gingerly…ready to fall.
And I whisper to myself…
“Just remember, in the winter, far beneath the bitter snow, lies the seed that with the sun’s love, in the spring, becomes…
the rose.”
Love and blessings,
Wendy
P.S. Love and new life are always quietly waiting beneath every surrender. ❤️
