The secret to building resilience is something that we can apply called the “art of surrender.” The more that we surrender, the more resilient we become! Resilient people are good at choosing where they put their attention! When we surrender to what is for our best interest, we build resilience and promote peace within on a cellular level. Everything is about mindset!
